Student Management Quiz 2023-24 (SMQ) & 27th Student Management Games  (SMG)

Competition plays a crucial role in the growth, innovation, and development of management students, equipping them with the essential skills required for success in today’s dynamic business world. Through healthy competition, students are challenged to think critically, analyze complex problems, and devise strategic solutions.

Such competitions encourage students to continuously enhance their knowledge, abilities, and leadership qualities. They also foster adaptability, as students learn to thrive in high-pressure situations. Furthermore, competing with peers exposes management students to diverse perspectives, enabling them to broaden their horizons and develop a global mindset. Ultimately, the competitive environment nurtures resilience, ambition, and the drive to excel, preparing management students to become effective leaders and valuable assets to organizations.

In line with this philosophy, we are excited to announce the next edition of AIMA’s Student Management Quiz and Student Management Games. This event will provide a platform for teams from various institutes to come together and compete for the glory of their college/university. By collaborating and leveraging their knowledge and competitive spirit, these teams will strive to achieve success.

The Student Management Games will be interactive simulations where students will be tasked with managing virtual teams and making strategic decisions in various business scenarios. These games will allow participants to apply their theoretical knowledge to practical situations, develop their decision-making abilities, and enhance their understanding of business concepts.

The Student Management Quiz will test students’ knowledge in various management disciplines, including finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and entrepreneurship. It will be a platform for participants to showcase their expertise, compete with their peers, and gain recognition for their achievements.

In previous editions, these competitions generated unprecedented energy and emerged as the largest platforms to showcase the business management skills and knowledge of students. They are the longest running team-based competitions of their kind and have brought together Young Leaders of India in the spirit of healthy competition, where students compete with true sportsmanship to reach the top spots.

The competitions will be held in two stages, with multiple regional rounds taking place across the country, followed by a national finale. The winners of the regional rounds will proceed to the National Semi-Final, and the qualifying teams will then compete in the Grand Finale.
