A Workshop  was organized by SCMIRT on Yoga and Zodiac Sign in Bansi Ratna Hall, at Bavdhan Cmapus .The event started at 11.00 AM on 27^th January ,2020 and continued till 1.30PM . Prof.Sunil Dadhiwal, Dean Corporate Relations felicitated the Guest Speaker Kalpana Madhyani.  Kalpana Madhyani is an Experienced Freelance Soft skill Trainer and Aiyangar Yoga professional. The main aim to make the students aware of the physical  and mental fitness through Yoga practice   The session proved to be helpful for the discussion of Zodiac sign and developing different personality traits. Qualities of various Zodiac signs were explained by the speaker such as Cancer-People are reserved and conservative, Gemini’s are having quality of eloquence as well as they are very quick and fast .  Students of all the UG courses along with the faculties attended the session. The speaker also gave the information about the Yoga and “Ashtang Yog” i.e. Yam- Niyam aasan ,Dhyan  Dharana,Pratyasana etc.
